HIP Barnsley have been providing Home Information Packs (HIP) to Estate Agents and Solicitors since they became compulsory.

We have a team of local DEA's that can carry out the Energy Performance Assessment within 24hours, subject to access.

Estate Agents can view the progress of the HIP online 24/7. This way they will be able to keep their clients up-to-date with the progress of their HIP

FLOOR PLANS

HIP Barnsley can, on request, provide floor plans (see example right) to include in your Home Information Pack, this usually done at the same time as the Energy Performance Assessment requiring no further visits to the property. Comprehensive and clear floor plans can be a real benefit to the home owner as they are an integral part of successful marketing.
